Our Labor practice attorneys regularly represent clients in individual labor claims and actions, as well as in collective bargaining processes and conflicts, and lead complex talks between companies, unremovable employees and unions. They are recognized specialists in company defense in suits brought by employees or former employees, obtaining a high percentage of success. They also defend clients in government administrative proceedings.

FERRERE accompanies clients and provides advice on social security issues including administrative procedures for registering local and foreign employees, and notification of work accidents and illnesses.
