The professionals of the Administrative and Regulatory Law Department at FERRERE have a multidimensional conception of their specialty and hence are true business facilitators. They assist clients –public companies and government entities- in all areas of the legal practice: consultancy, preventive lawyering, negotiations, academic queries, and administrative and jurisdictional representation, among others. They also participate actively in Government reform, procedures development, drafting of rules (including bidding conditions), organizational restructuring, regulation and governance.
The firm prepares private initiative proposals for public concessions and bids in competitive procedures, and also designs negotiating and renegotiating strategies on contracts with the Government. It participates in administrative disputes and litigation, and its specialists provide expert handling of challenges and guarantees, administrative appeals, actions for unconstitutionality, relief, nullity, and other effective protection tools.
The Administrative and Regulatory Law team includes renowned university professors, attorneys with lengthy experience in the private sector and distinguished performance at the service of the Government, the majority with graduate studies in the area.
